Where dbe33 concludes that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a contribution toward losses or costs incurred by dbe33 as a result of the breach, in addition to any other legal remedies available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbe33 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the dbe33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising directly or indirectly from use of dbe33.
